Class expands team’s skills and knowledge to meet customer demand
Our South Florida Ready Mix team recently hosted an end loader certification class for employees in its Tampa market who were willing to expand their knowledge and expertise through learning. With our customers’ demands increasing, the South Florida Ready Mix team wants to ensure that it can meet the demand, and the position of end loader is vital to that.
This role requires experienced operators, who understand the loader operations, safety requirements around operating the end loader, maintenance and product quality. All employees went through a classroom and field evaluation for this certification by demonstrating they have the skills and the knowledge to be a loader operator in the ready mix industry.
