SIMCOM AVIATION

This stunning building is the new SIMCOM Aviation Training facility located in Orlando, Florida’s Lake Nona Region. This training center will be home to 12 full-flight simulators representing the most capable and sophisticated aircraft in the business aviation market and once complete, an estimated 10,000 pilots will visit the facility annually.

Downtown Lake Nona is known for its stunning examples of art architecture with buildings like the Wave hotel and The Beacon located at the town center. With its brilliant geometric patterned windows and design elements, the SIMCOM Aviation facility at Lake Nona will be an excellent new addition to the thriving town center.
